Siberia, 1953, Ilsa is the commandant of Gulag 14, where she tortures and kills Soviet political prisoners. Her reign of terror comes to an end when the prisoners rebel upon hearing the news of Josef Stalin’s death.
Montreal, 1977. Andrei Chikorin, a former prisoner at Gulag 14, accompanies a Russian sports team as their coach. The players ask for a night off and Chikorin accompanies them to a brothel. Once there, he is shocked to find out that the brothel’s madam is none other than Ilsa, who is now in the process of forcibly taking over the operations of the local Mafia.
