I’m considering taking them to increase my quality of life when I’m older. But not to live longer.

I would assume that taking them to be healthier would correspond to living longer.

As in making sure I get all my necessary RDAs should, in my mind, make me healthier and more likely to live longer.

I dnt take them but I can see the logic.

There’s a term called “healthspan”. It refers to how long you are capable of having an active, healthy life. Many consider it to be more important than lifespan. Ideally, you want your healthspan to equal your lifespan.

It’s probably likely that the things you do to increase your healthspan will increase your lifespan too. But not, apparently, multivitamins - assuming that they have an impact on healthspan.

Useless comment. Especially in a science community.

If this was “literally no one,” chances are this study wouldn’t have been conducted.
