Depression is the fucking worse, it is arguably the biggest killer of men, and one of the biggest for women, under 40.
Try and remember that whatever the black dog is telling you, it’s lying to you. You are valued. You are loved. People do care. They will listen. You are not alone.
You know, if you told me 20 years ago that Randy Orton would develop into one of the classiest guys in wrestling, I’d have thought you were insane.
And tbh you woulda been right for a good long while.
Considering what Orton has seen over the course of his career. All-time greats like Hogan, Flair, etc., have these black eyes on their legacies because of things they’ve said or done outside the ring. RKO probably saw that and said “that ain’t gonna be me” and is making a conscious effort to have a lasting, positive image.
And I’m not shitting on him for that, if anything, more people should consider such things.
