BALTIMORE, Mar 26 (Hexbear) - History repeats itself on this historic day as a second boat impacts that bridge in Baltimore. The boat, known as the “USS Asskicker” was piloted by known alcoholic cop Corporal Bernie B. Bernard during a routine patrol of the water way in search of illegal immigrants. Cpl. Bernard died upon impact and was exploded into like a million pieces, according to experts.
