Mastodon notifications almost did this. Luckily I successfully cut off my INSANE posting rate after 9k posts that took me… 4 months to get to.
I got to 6k posts in the first two months alone.

Funnily enough I managed to get good grades in high school and the three years of my engineering diploma but apparently the university that’s supposed to give me my actual Bachelor’s degree doesn’t even read students’ answers, so my score is only right above the lowest non-failing grade possible.

Aaaaand I killed off this semester’s attendance score entirely, because a proper depressive episode finally caught-up to me.

It’s a Summer thing, actually. Heavy tummy all the time, doesn’t ever feel light. I did have a “large” meal yesterday and almost felt like I was going to be bloated.

But then again, Summer-only. I was eating fine at the dorm, 4 meals a day, 3 meals instead if I was overeating for each meal, or 2 if I accidentally skipped the other two…

…Or maybe it’s the switch in environments. I dunno!

I WANT to live this way! But I’m at my parents’ house now, no way they’re letting me stay this way…

I have signed up for lemmy.zip before, and somehow that account didn’t exist a few days later… maybe I didn’t verify properly.

I’ve been on Lemmy since 2024 (first 2 years via lemmy.kde.social, funnily enough, I didn’t like the idea of entering that way and potentially disturbing organizational funding plans - I should’ve paid MORE attention to that thought, I guess - since they seem to have stopped operating for users for a while now; months it seems). Went to Mastodon only in [late[?]] 2025. Love Lemmy more!
