As I recall, there’s more focus on the NGO spy group he was working with in the first season. Also the season premiere involves AI, so there’s relevance to reality.
I’d have to find it & watch.

Realistically, Motley Crüe’s “Kickstart my Heart”
Dammit, I was gonna make a “cool skate park, bro” joke.

Does no one bother with quality control anymore?
I was fairly active on Instagram in high school (no, I won’t say the handle I had; it was cringe AF looking back), yet quite reserved IRL; sure enough, it was the summer between sophomore & junior year that I was diagnosed with Asperger’s.
And it ends up being the noble just to pull a “Gotcha!” for subversion’s sake.

I wish I wasn’t as desensitized to this sort of thing as I am. Years ago, when I heard about this sort of thing, it became all I could think about for at least a good few hours. Nowadays, all I can muster is “Hmm…that sucks.”
It really says something about 21st-century society.

They just can’t seem to take a hint, can they?

How tho? Will Claude be looking over our proverbial shoulders now, and if whatever we type just so happens to be word-for-word what it said, it can magically flag it?

What I’m saying is that if someone just types verbatim what Claude says, instead of just going “Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V”, that completely undermines this whole thing.

As I’ve said in response to a number of articles about this, all this means is that when someone wants to use Claude’s output for something, they just need to remember to manually type it in now, rather than just copy-paste it. Practically speaking, this changes nothing.

“Teenager” is a fairly broad spectrum of age; there’s a big difference between 13 & 17. You should pick something geared toward his approximate point of psycho-intellectual development. I personally would suggest tinnitus sounds, the kind of droning bass that literally makes the house shake, or an earrape version of “Reveille” accompanied by you banging on something metal, like Sgt. Hartman from Full Metal Jacket.

This is the Washington metro area on the US East Coast; spotted lanternflies have been invasive here for years.
As I understand it they’re originally from East Asia somewhere.
More of a sound than a texture TBH, but the way certain types of styrofoam squeak against cardboard boxes legitimately sets my teeth on edge.
Lowkey same, especially when it cakes onto my fingers…( shudders in abject discomfort )
There IS one a street up from me near one of the county govt buildings…
