When someone says that something is “kinda funny”, they typically don’t mean it’s “haha, funny”, they mean it’s odd or doesn’t make much sense. (see 2nd adjective definition of funny)

Each also had a body cam, which I honestly doubt ICE would even want something recording their escapades. Also, I doubt ICE would try anything with just 2 people in a filled subway with limited/blockable exits.

We don’t know what went on before, but it could have easily just been undercovers following up on a report someone made. Maybe someone had their bag swiped and he happened to fit the description of someone who was hanging around at the time

It’s a bit of a gray area if they are indecent (pictures) and/or if the event is admission-only (which a lot are).

Undergarments tend to be a lot thinner and can be inherently more revealing due to sheerness or the way the fabric sits. Swimwear usually has an inner liner that greatly reduces the issue.

Just think of it like a convention as a museum of fanart; some self-supporting, some actively worn. You aren’t normally allowed to touch the art, are you?
