The one that breaks my heart is the Christian counseling services, which are so often not true therapy. There are absolutely licensed therapists out there who are Christian and can advertise that. Just hate watching people who have serious mental health problems go to counseling and hating themselves because prayer isn’t usually enough to help.
I’m a firm believer that if there is a God, he provided the tools and people to help his flock deal with modern problems. But people often turn away from using these tools or services :(

I broke my spine in two places recently, and can’t really stand for long. So my docs had me doing some chair exercises to keep as much core strength as I can before I start physical therapy.
You’ll want to ignore the first ones that require planted or moving feet and focus on the dance, core, and upper body ones

From a quick search, it seems like it’s not as simple as getting a harness and using it in my car, I’d have to also get aftermarket seats and possibly further alterations to the vehicle. Not a bad idea, though, and something to keep in mind when I’m ready for a new car.

It may absolutely be the case that abortion bans are causing these maternity centers to close in many areas, but where I lived it was happening because the rising costs of Healthcare, and the costs to entice doctors to “the frontier”, were too high for keeping the local (and quite poor) population safe and healthy
