You realize that the spam is not coming from the actual line owning the number, right? They can spoof the number, so they could make it look like it came from any number. If they put some effort into researching you, they could make the spam look like it came from your mom.

Facebook once explained that their mobile app is so huge because they encourage everyone to just roll their own thing instead of sharing code, because it’s faster to not have to coordinate or something. Yeah, those aren’t full from a filesystem perspective. What exactly are you doing when it’s saying it’s full, and what is the exact message. Some things might have quotas independent of the space on the filesystem.

Depends on the mercury. Elemental mercury is mostly fine unless you inhale the vapor, most other forms are really bad though.
