I don’t have time to translate everything right now, but I also had a glance at the rest of the text and there are definitely a few more inaccuracies and omissions. Like in the first part, it mentions wax casters, dream interpreters, people reading the future from fire and palm readers, but nothing about “war luck and war misfortune” or “those who can make invisible things visible”.

In practice it’s a bit closer to ownership than what you get with other stores, as GOG does not have the ability to take your games away once you have downloaded them and you can do whatever you want with the files.
