Really almost all Canadian groceries stores are owned by Loblaws, Jim Pattinson group or Sobeys. Again not sure why they get off the hook. 3 way monopoly is the Canadian way. Where do you shop if not at Loblaws? Anything not a subsidiary of the above three?
