A nice Sunday morning read, she’s keeping her politics close - I might have to get her book to find out more

As much as people seem to hate her I have to say I think she was a fabulous leader. Especially given she ran a country with very little power and finances given the puppet strings that ran from westminster. People go on and on about how bad the SNP were but the simple fact is Scotland declined a LOT slower than England and Wales did in that time because of their leadership.

She was fierce, passionate, committed and measured. It is unfortunately rare in the world today to have a leader that is worthy of respect on the public stage. Next to folks like Boris and Trump she was a powerhouse.

Regardless of what one might think about the SNP, and Nicola, their policies and effectiveness while in the hotseat. What went down at the end of her time cannot be described as anything but a smear campaign.

100% - especially considering the things other UK officials were known to have done in the same period and faced absolutely no consequences!

Agreed. There’s been so much just the last 5 years that, in my opinion, should have resulted in prison time for the people involved. 🤷
