Asshole first is obvious. Assholes are great for pointing out pitfalls in new projects, and raise legitimate concerns. The bore is next. They’ll approach the project with the same indifference as the average end user, and the asshole will lend them a voice for their grievances. The idiot is last. They’ll be the workhorse to move the project along.
