If I Last Will it to my grandchildren, do they also enjoy that benefit? Or do they immediately become criminals? Does it apply to all weapons covered by the bill, or just some? If the rifle can have some parts swapped out, can it be made legal? Which parts? The upper, the stock, the grip, the barrel?
