My heart rate has not dropped below 85 since being on these meds. It was 90 whilst I was asleep which was to be expected, but a bit scary. I haven’t tried the clonidine yet so maybe I shall tonight. I guess I’ll just have to taper off it if things go south.

Mine sits at around 80-85 and I do a fair bit of physical activity.
Defs feels weird at the beginning. Clonidine will bring it back down.

is this expected? If it is and your doctor thinks it’s ok don’t worry about it
and stop looking at your monitor, it’s not helping
Yes and I should absolutely stop looking at the monitor heheh
Go for a walk in the sun? Meditate? Box breathing.
I did both of those things and it was nice as the meds wore off a bit
