Title says it all. A sixer costs 12-15 dollars these days. I just brewed 5 gallons for under $30.

    These days porter is my nectar, but I drink vanishingly less than I used to.

    Agreed that extract kits are a good way to see the proof of concept, but don’t do much for cost savings.

    I’ll have to check into kveik a bit more. I know it throws some mean esters sometimes, so it always kinda spooked me.
