First, take a spare electrical cord, cut off the end that doesn’t plug into the wall, strip both wires down, and hold them together with one hand. Now plug the other end into an outlet, then voila! Wait 60 seconds and you can unplug the cord, and you should never have to pay a high electricity bill ever again!
