Her most recent birthday (39), and she was terrified to turn around and have cameras see her real body. “There’s so many cameras, what do I do?!” She had no problem posting her edited pics online. Her chin/jawline here is also not what she portrays online. I think she’s since had jawline fillers (even though she denies any fillers, including lip) anyway. The point is she’s a con artist. She has people banned from Reddit for posting this. Even though it was all on public IG posts, she’s wild. Body confidence queen 😵‍💫

She shouldn’t be ashamed of her real body. She is beautiful. We are all beautiful. I’m actually so sad that a candid shot of her on someone else’s FB triggered ED for her years back. I’m upset that ED launched an obsession with seeing herself everywhere. I’m upset that my ED was triggered by following her way back after seeing her on a magazine in a doctors office (right I had just had a baby too). I’m upset that I continued to follow her as she got physically bigger (and looked healthier) but she still looked less “flawed” in all her images and I held myself to that standard. Luckily I am a very community involved person who focused on other actually important things and it stopped consuming me - but I’m the depths of ED it’s very hard to see clearly , and you feel like influencers are your “friends” cheering you on- they aren’t. They profit from self-doubt and self-loathing.

Thank YOU! Human rights organizations and protest/social justice communities are focused on actually uplifting others as we navigate difficult situations to help those affected by modern slavery, genocide and more. Looking to those role models helps a lot.

Finding something worthwhile where you can help your community and working to make change happen for others really makes you realize all the time people spend on the superficial isn’t time well-spent

Thank you for sharing. I find this relatable. ❤️ She has triggered mine a lot as well, but fortunately for me too I have been able to get to a place where it isn’t all consuming anymore. But still have my moments
