Been using convict conditioning but not finding it great. I’m trying with one hand raised but looking for tips. Recently started placing feet further apart, not sure it’s helping. Tried to do this with raised hand further to the side, which made it harder and I don’t know if it’s better or not.

Place your feet further apart, yes, and turn your torso to the opposite side of the member your doing your pushups with.
You can ease doing several if you alternate between your left and right arm.
Turn to the opposite side so like face away from the working arm? Is that what you mean?
Yes. Just a little bit so you are balanced.
