That sub has a love/hate relationship with me. Lots of upvotes when I talk about idpol and domestic US issues and downvotes in the double digits when I criticize their faves like that Kat woman and Ukraine.
Hasan fans are politically diverse, anything from centre to far-left really. If you do critically engage with his content, you will see that Hasan supports China, advocates for Marxist-Leninist organising, admits he appears more moderate to not scare away people who have not gained much class consciousness yet but also believes in some forms of electoralism and opportunism.
I forget what he calls it but he also has a policy of being open to working with people who are not entirely politically aligned with him as long as they are still progressive enough. So just like his fans and his subreddit, he is a mixed bag. People tend to ignore the naunce.
