Good movie. Can’t really believe how many sequels they made out of it. Franchises really just appear and get beaten like a dead horse
the first three were pretty good and inventive even though the plot started to thicken real fast, at least the setpieces were exciting for the first two sequels and it went downhill after that.
I know I watched all of them. I am even sure I went to a midnight showing of at least 1. Can’t tell you plot but might be worth to rewatch
the first one about the cursed treasure. the second and third one are about the squid man squid and some pirate magic politics bullshit. the fourth one is the second and third combined with the first one but without squidman squid and there is no curse and there’s a map. the fifth one is basically the first one but everyone’s old and tired. i believe in one of them Hugh Jackman comes out to sing Smells Like Teen Spirit
Well I definitely watched all the squid man ones. I definitely never watched hugh jackman sing smells like teen spirit. So didn’t watch the last one
you haven’t missed much. as soon as Verbinski left it was a lost cause. The Lone Ranger is basically a Pirates movie with cowboys with some cool setpieces.
