It’s causing colleges to close, as they relied on foreign students to inflate their budgets. International program tuition fees being double or triple that of domestic fees, naturally the boards saw dollar signs, and now their greed and overextension/lack of foresight is literally killing opportunities for domestic students in the process, though some larger institutions are picking up some of the slack.

Oh yeah, universities in Canada have always heavily relied on international students whom they’ve been gouging.
