Basically to have gender dysphoria as a negative quality in determining if you can have a clearance.

Anyone have the text of the bill? Is it affecting certain security clearances or is it affecting all positions that potentially may encounter sensitive information that don’t necessarily require specific security clearances for certain sensitive information due to the nature of the job, such as congresspersons.
