If she breaches the order, she could face further prison time

A woman from Hull has been jailed and handed a Criminal Behaviour Order which bans her from ‘defecating in a public place’ amongst other things.

49-year-old Brace Hull has been jailed for 46 weeks, as well as handed a three-year long order.

      same here, i just had a quick look around and it seems there’s no national legislation, so it comes down to whether your local council has enacted a byelaw, which they might have done. postcode lottery again
