You can just go to the Federal Register. TPS is a special status that has a maximum 16 month expiration. It is allocated by the President via Homeland security. It has to be renewed every 16 months. The first renewal under Trump was July, 2017 for 6 months, then a renewal in January, 2018 and again in July, 2019.
Looks like the 2017 extension happened, but in January 2018 they terminated TPS for Haiti. They extended the benefits for people already receiving TPS until July 2019 if they re-registered, but that was the cutoff. That cutoff was extended because they got sued and were waiting on the result of the suit.
