    Oh man, my soldering iron died, and I need another soldering iron to repair, dug out my cheap kicker iron, guess what? Also non functional, another trip to jaycar! 2 times in a week and had not been into one for years and years before this week.

      Jaycar is such a disappointing place now. Just gadgets for the most part, and a tiny selection of electronics parts that are almost always the crappiest and cheapest versions possible.

      I buy most stuff I need from RS, Mouser, Element14, and DigiKey now.

        Yeah it really is kinda sad compared to how it used to be, while I was getting my emergency iron, I got a plug and socket terminal block screw header thing, even though got some coming… Thing was not good let’s put it that way :(

    If there’s anyone less funny than Willem Powerfish I’m yet to learn about them.

    I thought his schtick of being an obnoxious bogan had gotten old after the “3 meter flatty” videos ran out of puff, but apparently he’s still out there making content. Making it I can understand… some creative people like having an outlet.

    The part I dont understand is people watching it. It’s fucking terrible.
