“you can use a Lemmy community as a personal blog” - I’m thinking the same thing. I just wonder if it’s against the rules and if the admins would be okay with it. But I haven’t been able to find any rules or guidelines.
And I just posted an empty test post like yours on the empty community I created, and am already getting downvotes. Can’t believe it.
Sadly, I can believe.
Most rules and guidelines apply to communities and here I’m making my own community so I make the rules here. Also the option to only allow the mod to post is in the community settings so I think this has been thought about for some time.
