Fantastic news. I’ve looked at this thing for years and it being redone is a big link between Fountain Square and the Convention center. Having more retail to connect the square to the Dunnhumby building and beyond is a good thing.

It’s been kind of interesting watching this very slow progress of both the Terrace Hotel, Millennium demolition, and convention center rebuild from my office window.
It’ll be nice to see it fully refurbed, hopefully they keep some of the accidental green roof
This building has long needed a reno. Happy to see it finally get some legs.
