Sony (and Microsoft) already gaslight their users pretending they didn’t market the PlayStation 5 and Series X consoles as “4K 60 FPS” machines, as now they barely handle upscaled 1080p at 30 FPS with a tiny hint of a sliver of ray tracing. They reverted to the good old “you know technically speaking the HDMI port allows 4K@120Hz output so we didn’t lie!” which is just ridiculous.
We already settled for lessnwith this generation…whatbarenyou even going to enhance? There are like 5 AAA ps5 exclusives.

Off the top of my head
Just wanna call out that these are all on PC now. But if you don’t count that, then yeah these are all exclusive.
If theyre on PC then they’re not exclusive. Only console exclusive.
It’s not really useful to count PC ports anymore because PC and PlayStation aren’t really competitors, and the way things are trending you won’t really be able to call anything exclusive anymore as Sony seems to be committed to porting games to PC now.
Like in what way is measuring the fact that a game is only on PS5 as opposed to PS5 and PC a useful distinction? Going out of our way to not count games ported to PC like, devalues the status of that game as an exclusive. Why would we as consumers want to devalue pro-consumer behavior like that? As direct competitors, there’s still a reason to refer to games as exclusive to PS5 or Xbox, but for PC it’s just being pedantic I feel like.
Well, okay - here’s my reasoning:
I have a PC and a PS5.
If the game is on PC, I would prefer to play it there. It is a competitor, in my household (I’d argue elsewhere, too, but I guess that’s an opinion). It is a very useful distinction for me.
There are few games I can only get on my PS5, but that low number does sometimes make me ask why I have a PS5. It is useful to distinguish between the games I can only play on PS5, and those I could instead play on PC, for that reason.
I hugely prefer this world in which Sony releases for my preferred platform, but that doesn’t mean it’s sensible to say that PC isn’t a competitor to consoles and bury your head in the sand because it “devalue[s] pro-consumer behaviour”.
I believe horizon FW is also on PS4

Ok but will Bloodborne be fixed to run at 60 fps? And will the PS5 Pro have a display port?
I’d like that too, but I bet on a remake for PS6 and PC.
Then whats the point?
If I can play Final Fantasy XVI at a stable 60FPS, then I’m happy.
