I have very good luck using “readability” extensions that strip pages of everything except for the text to sneak behind the paywall.

Apparently there are more than 400,000 variations in the Greek manuscripts that are the basis for the New Testament. Which means there are more variations then there are words in the New Testament itself.

Good. Was frustrating to have Firefox finely tuned w/ extensions and whatnot to eliminate invasive ads, but their front page “news aggregator” ignored all of those rules and served up only ad-infested trash
