51·11 days agoRamen soup. Just dump into a bowl noodles, spices, soy sauce, boiled egg, butter, onion, and some veggies. It’s so good you’ll forget it’s instant ramen.
Bean soup. Sauté onions with spices, then add garlic and fresh tomatoes. Add a can of tomato passata, beans and some corn. Let simmer for a moment. Season with chicken/beef broth, pepper and unflavored yogurt, fresh basil if feeling fancy.

Because of ethical restraints, it is extremely rare for a senior government official, let alone a sitting president, to endorse a consumer product so explicitly. In 2017, when then-Trump counselor Kellyanne Conway told Americans to buy from Ivanka Trump’s clothing line, she received a warning from a government ethics office and promised never to do it again.

Cockroach milk is sourced from the Pacific Beetle cockroach, a type of roach that gives birth to live offspring and produces ‘milk’, which it feeds its embryos through a ‘brood sac’ (essentially a cockroach womb). I blame the success of neoliberalism (perhaps confusingly, a distinctly conservative project driven by the likes of Reagan and Thatcher). Ever-widening wealth gaps and focus on individual responsibility for solving problems seems to have created an environment where people will jump on just about any bandwagon that tells them they’re inherently better than others. Unfortunately, evil will keep winning as long as there’s enough support (or indifference) for evil to keep winning.
One explanation I’ve heard is that it was cultural inheritance from the Proto-Indo-European Dyeus.
As a Finn I find it to be a fucking disgrace. Then again, considering it’s the guy who during the presidential campaign prioritized connections with American CEOs over diplomats, I am unsurprised.
