Plus, accusing a person or group of child exploitation is a time-honored strategy of criticism because not many people will push back against it as they don’t want to be seen as defending child exploitation, even though they’re really just pointing out the truth.

Seriously some of the best marketing. I know almost jack shit about blenders, but as soon as I saw this post, I immediately thought of Blendtec. Why?

Yes, by most metrics, the suped up rally car is better. It’s faster, it’s more efficient, it’s entirely customizable so it’s owners can put in and easily modify nearly every component. For people that know cars, it is fantastic and completely mops the floor with that dumb sedan whose manufacturers keep shoving in unwanted features and subscription services for basic stuff. For people that know cars, there is no question about which is superior and which they’d rather be driving.

But here’s the thing… Most people don’t know cars well enough to use a suped up rally car. They would be completely lost. Most can’t even drive a manual, and you expect them to drive and maintain a rally car? And for most people’s use-case, they have no need for a suped up rally car. They’re just commuting for work, or going to the store. A basic-ass sedan works alright for them because that’s all they need.

And yes, most are right there with you complaining about the bloated features that modern sedans are coming with, and yearn for the days when those weren’t forced in by the manufacturers. But that doesn’t mean they are lining up to switch to suped up rally cars. And the suggestion that they should switch to a suped up rally car is often met with eye rolls, to the confusion of suped up rally car drivers who just can’t understand why more people don’t prefer their obviously superior vehicles.

Same thing with the people killing themselves because a chatbot told them too. That’s just cold Darwinism. We didn’t suddenly ban Catcher in the Rye because some schizophrenic guy decided it was telling him to kill John Lennon; we recognized that there are simply crazy people in this world who could be set off by anything.

The “safeguards” you want in place are not feasible because you want them to account for people with mental illness, or people so stupid that something else would have killed them first.

So, until recently, do you honestly believe that they just didn’t test female contraceptives? Or do you think they tested them on males instead? Or maybe that argument is a little bit nonsense in this case because while women as a whole are underrepresented in medical testing, the idea that they never, ever, tested on women (especially in the case of drugs exclusively made for women) is a little bit of a ridiculous concept.

I’ve seen all the videos and unfortunately there is JUST enough to cast reasonable doubt. I know it’s bullshit, you know it’s bullshit, everyone involved knows it’s bullshit, but they can absolutely argue that he “feared for his life”. Her wheels were 100% turned away from him, but was he in a position to examine the angle of her wheels when the car started moving? Or did he just react when the car started moving after he put himself less than a foot from the front corner?

Again, it’s obviously bullshit. He murdered a woman. He willfully put himself in that situation and ended her fucking life because he’s a fucking coward. For drawing his gun alone, he should be prosecuted, let alone firing point blank at an unarmed person posing no threat. But with the amount of leeway the justice system gives law enforcement, he will absolutely be able to argue that he had “reasonable fear” in the moment.

Too fucking stupid to recognize that people can’t predict the future. Too fucking stubborn to accept that you’re wrong when people point out what broken, dumbass logic you’re trying to use. People got mad at me for pointing out this is the case when people die because they listen to an AI chatbot, but it’s true. AI 100% needs more regulation, but introduce any new tool to everyone all at once, and some idiots will use it to remove themselves from the gene pool. If you sent everyone in the world a thin, 2in rod of inert iron, there would be a handful of people who would figure out a way to kill themselves with it.

Buddy, if you believe the whole “random McDonalds worker saw him and reported him” story rather than the government has tools at their disposal they aren’t telling us about that allow them to track people, then you have a lot more faith in the official narrative than I do.
