Stardew Valley is my obvious go-to, get cooped up and cozy and wistful. But for real deep winter, I’ll even sometimes want a more original Harvest Moon, the NES/GBA versions were janky, but I just remember them getting the Winter vibe so on-point, and played them so much while covered in blankets.

How people think this time round was any different I don’t know. I’m not saying they’ll never release a game of that name, but people believing the vague info hype still does astound me.
Yes, blocking to certain addresses is probably feasible (though international mail pretty much exclusively ignores the address, so would be extra work).
But remailing here is a pretty cheap service, about 1 dollar per package. I daresay it’d be much more available and cheap if mail was being blocked for such things. And I fail to see why overseas remailers would ever feel at all “under pressure”, they wouldn’t care about UK laws.
Obviously yes at the end of the day there’s a whole arms race to be had. My point really is just that paying in cash is exceptionally harder to seriously stop, it’d take new laws and major investment. Whereas card payments to all VPN providers can be stopped overnight with just like… a private word from a government official.

I been eatin’ only wholewheat my whole life, thankfully. People always give me weird looks for not using extra-bleached incomplete flour. Literally anything people make with white flour I’ll make with wholemeal and it comes out great, zero issues.
Interestingly on the GMO/bad reaction front, you can sometimes buy local, more ancient grain varieties that I’ve also read people with gluten intolerances / other bread problems actually zero issues eating. Anecdotally, I’ve seen it with both spelt and beremeal. They don’t rise quite as well (I’m guessing less glutenous chains) but they’re also tasty af.
The real problem with fascism is all the foreign people making us do it to ourselves, and plan it ourselves, and fund it ourselves, and ingrain into our whole culture.

It will just be overclocking, that’s all he’s doing that’ll make a difference. Which like you say, a lot more heat, a lot less stability, and probably opens them up to liability when it breaks half the components within a year (or bricks them immediately if he accidentally turns it up too high).
I think the post’s intention is ambiguous, it does just say “if you’re poor, you should not own pets”. It’s not clear if they just think all non-rich people shouldn’t have pets, or if they’re actually referring to an owner’s ability to provide for material needs.
There are a lot of calls for him to be awarded the Aussie equivalent, the Cross of Valour. So don’t discount it yet.
