Put a fork in me, I’m done.

A racist white woman is very unlikely to be a true ally to anyone but her white man and her church.
A truly untrustworthy specimen of the human race lol

Idk about Big Karma, but Small Karma is real. The other day I was doing laundry and a lady asked for help with how to pay; she’d never been to a laundromat before and she was washing stuff per her work duties. I showed her the touch screen thing, and as she went to start the machine I went to pay. I clicked out of the “do you want a receipt” screen and not a millisecond later she said “they don’t give receipts then?” and I said no.
Anyway, because I’m a small time scumbag, my compromised thumbnail has totally snapped off.

Some women push other women down, perpetuating the misogynistic, patriarchal system. They don’t want change, because they don’t think they can benefit from it, therefore no one can benefit from it.
I’d feel sorry for them, but their peers were out in the streets fighting for our rights, so fuck them cunts.

Loved Alien and Aliens as a kid lol! Signs, though, scared the absolute living shit out of me and I wasn’t okay sleeping for a solid 6 months after (I think I was about the same age, 11ish iirc

So I watch a fair bit of YT, like deep analysis of video games, books, films, etc.
There is one extreme (for 1989) horror book I haven’t seen anyone cover, and I kinda want to write a script for an analysis on it. I know some people have read it, per the Goodreads reviews on it, but having consumed a lot of horror analysis content, no one I watch has mentioned this book.
It’s Demon Shield by Bruce King (not related to the other King author) https://www.goodreads.com/en/book/show/1850112.Demon_Shield. It scared the absolute shit out of myself and my dad and uncle. Knowing the content, I suspect their horror comes from one of the male characters being, uh, assaulted. But honestly the whole book it just fucked.
Now I can’t say for sure no one else has covered this, because I haven’t done a yt search for it. But I’m interested to see whether the writing is as good as I remember, or if I’m only remembering how much it scared me. That would be another point I’d touch upon in an analysis; is the writing carrying the scare, or is it just the content they’re describing that’s scary?
I’ll have to locate my copy to start reading and taking notes again.

Depends on the child I think lol some are just built different (me reading Necroscope at age 12 👀)

Idc if it’s a nice day, I’m wearing my oodie fresh from the dryer dammit.

Mushrooms

😂😂😂😂

25C and up. Below that, I require at least a light jacket. Below 20C I require a hoodie/thick jumper.
This is also dependent on wind chill and direction, humidity, cloud cover, etc

Saw my cousin play lead guitar with the band he’s in, The Gems, and he’s great! It was a single launch, and they had two support acts both were fucking cool as.

Highly recommend Terrible Muriel for those into 90s/early 00s girl punk pop bands. They reminded me of Splendora (chicks who did the theme song for Daria) in a fantastic way. They’re so cool, and hot, and the one of the bass guitar kinda makes my heart skip lol. The lead singer is also the drummer! Impressive!

Love these guys so much. Heavier, rockier sound, dorky and funny. They did a heavy cover of Rasputin and had the whole floor jumping including my 56yo dad lol. Highly recommend for those into a heavier rock sound with a splendid mix of male and female vocals. Also, another hot girl on bass 😍 (reminds me of Mona Lisa from Parks and Rec 😍😍😍)

I’d have to say, The Gems have a sound that gives 60s/70s fun rock and 80s/90s heavy rock. Like, it’s feel good, can be light in sound or heavy, timeless like anyone of any age can get into their stuff. Also another hot lady on bass! It was a great night for my little bi heart 🤤
Edit to add: the photos make it look like there was no crowd lol it was packed as fuck literally just to the right of those pics, because that’s where the couches and bar were 😂 dad, partner and I parker ourselves at the back of an enclave thing so we could see (also there were bench seats back there heh).
'Twas at The Tote in Collingwood, within which I witnessed a man who’s beaver tail had split in two and was touching the ground. It was very impressive, if extremely gross. I don’t think he’s even looked at a comb since 1988 tbh 😂
Ended up back in brunny at like half past midnight, so partner and I grabbed a borek each from Eat24. So glad there’s a 24/7 Turkish bakery on the corner 🙌

Goddamn I knew I should have bailed on my cousin

Oh no lol have people turned up now?? 😭

“What is this? A centre for cunts?!”
Do you guys ever wonder if there’s more to life than just being really really really ridiculously good looking?

Word. I went to the Dr to quit, and she prescribed these pills that cost more than two packs of 20 from woolies, or like 4x as much as the malboros I get from my tobacconist lol.
And the gum the shit just makes my mouth feel strange and weird, it doesn’t make me want to quit cigs, it makes me want to go back to them

DCs have been around doing essential stuff for years, agreed. Do I want the local methheads to steal copper from the DCs that are only for AIs? Yes. Yes I do.

Omg lol had the same thing with my partner and my mum. “Why don’t you see your mum?”, “Why don’t you talk to her?”.
So we went and met with her down in Chelsea, where she lives.
He has never asked me to try and form “mother-daughter” relationship with her since lol
Sometimes, those people who come from good families need to see why people like us left them. Not saying you should do that of course, it just reminded me of that amusing event lol

No I haven’t, do you recommend?
