Anarchists should get their ideas implemented outside of the state. Build collective structures that exists separately from the state. Start from the ground up. Collectivize some farms. Then get some logistic collectives. Then start up collective food courts in a couple of cities. All functioning in a federation. Create a completely collective food distribution chain. Then start expanding it. No state needed.

It’s my opinion that these viewpoints aren’t applicable in reality. That’s still not a fact. I might have put it a bit more dramatically but In the end it’s still just my opinion. I state it in the hopes that someone will come along and say “no. they are applicable and here’s why”. That does not sound like denying to me.

Also even if I am denying the viewpoints I have no problem with that. They are archic viewpoints. They have very little consequence and are, in my opinion, outdated and primitive. We can do better.

I thought about making a post with that quote but decided against it. Feel free to make one yourself. This community is in need of someone else to contribute as well.

It’s a different lie. Fascists lie by claiming that their people are tho one true people who deserve everything. Communists lie by telling that they’ll reach a better world. But the structure of society is the same. Do as I say or die.

Trump will challenge the integrity of the election and try to declare he is the winner in more places.

That. He will do that. No matter what happens, unless he wins, he WILL do that. At this point the only question is who the military and rest of the state apparatus will follow. And I agree this may well be the last election. But that will be the case no matter who you vote for. How this will end is dependent on the military leaders not the civilians.

I never even said to not vote. They probably thought “fuck the state” means “don’t vote”. And they are connected but not the same.

The sidebar should cover that question. In case it doesn’t here are some terms I think fall under that umbrella: socialist, anti-capitalist, anarchist.

The analogy doesn’t work. You wouldn’t be calling the fire department. You would be calling the people that will just freeze the house in time for 4 years and then ask you to call them again.

And not voting is going “This is stupid I don’t need to call them cause my neighbors will do so and so I should try and find another place to live” but not calling anyone and then go back to the house is stupid. Which is what most people do.
