Hmm.

I’ve had their Aether for years (backpacking) and it’s been absolutely top notch.

A m⌀⌀se once bit my sister…

No problem, I hope it helps!

Check out Osprey: Their packs in general are 10/10 and they offer hip packs that include hydration.
For chest rigs, Hill People Gear is what I use, but there’s quite a few nice options out there.
You could look at storing some stuff on the stem/bars, but I’d recommend keeping that more to lightweight stuff as it can affect handling.

P.S. I’ve featured your post in the community to help you get more feedback. Good luck!

You might consider something like a hip pack or chest rig? On my bike I have used a sling back and backpack in conjunction, with the backpack kind of perched on top of the sling bag and secured with a chest strap: I’ve found this to be a reasonably stable setup (though on a scooter you might need to make some adjustments).
Also, what scooter do you use? The design might open up some onboard storage options.

Honda has an absolutely baffling history with EVs and hybrids: They were all in on hydrogen and pretty much only hydrogen as the next big thing forever, so they kept hamstringing most of their other stuff. It’s like they don’t want to succeed.

I’ve been eyeballing one for a while now, seems super practical, but my e-bike covers almost everything I need to do, so for the few longer distance trips, I usually just drive the old 5 speed sedan.

What is that? A Kizer?

Yep, sounds pretty ideal!

I never had one. The were around when I was around, but I never had any interest in them.

Well that doesn’t sound very “free market”…

“You can tell by the way it is.”

I’ll go ahead and file that one under “Yeah, no shit lol”

Nice, I’ve got an OG wave too, but it’s more than I need these days, so I’ve been sticking to the Skeletool for EDC and the Wave lives on my desk mostly. The blade on the Arc sure does sound nice though!

Stamets? FlyingSquid?

IMO it’s some of his best stuff
Sounds like a pretty good choice.
I frequently get groceries on my bike but it’s a Portola with a front rack and 50L panniers. My roads suck, however my commutes are relatively short speeds aren’t high (under 30 pretty much always and frequently less than 10 miles).
If you took the Grom apart, you could probably fit it in the Portola lol, It only weighs 223 lbs so it could carry it too. The Grom beats the shit out of the Portola in terms of speed and range though, by a lot.
