Focus your spamming on jobs that you have a reasonable shot of getting should they read the resume. Even 10 minutes of research on a company can often figure out something you can put on a resume and cover letter that would greatly help your chances.

Teaching to sing has the same problem. Other than likely kids have done enough singing before (while learning to talk) that they have got over the worst of it.
Singing doesn’t generalize to any other instrument any more than anything else either. If you want to play piano you have to practice the piano.
A sandbox that has enough protection to be secure also has enough restrictions as to be too annoying to use, and often is useless. Don’t get me wrong, sandboxes can be very good, but only in specific situations. In general you need your applications to be secure without a sandbox.
That is impossible. Everyone starts with “Twinkle twinkle little star” (or a similarly very easy tune) and that sound horrible. There is no way to make this rewarding, you have to force yourself through it - then the next 4-5 songs. Only after you have done this much can you find practice rewarding - until then you are bad and you know it.
As for iPad kids - while the thing has changed, the complaint has changed, the sentiment has been expressed since prehistory times. Most kids grow up just fine, just like every other generation.

Playing a lot of notes on their instrument would be a massive improvement. Depending on the goals it might even be a good thing to teach.
There is more to learn in music than you will have time. This is true even if you start as a kid and become a professional who spends 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year on learning music. As such there is no one “best” method and thinking there is, is the first mistake you can make.
The only thing I can state with confidence is time is important. You will not get good at anything without lots of practice. If you give me something specific you want to do/learn then I can give you a plan to get there (in some cases a good one, in others someone else can do better), but in the end you need to put in the time. If you do the time you will be better than someone who hasn’t in that subject - but that does not make your better or worse than that other person overall, only in that area.
Russia still has many tanks in active service. What they don’t have is a lot of tanks in storage that could be put into service quickly, nor a production line that can make a lot of tanks on demand. Russian commanders are thus forced to be careful with tanks because any lost tank won’t be replaced. However they still have a lot of tanks and so if they judge it worth the risk they use them.

I got tired of burned mac and cheese in college and decided I have to. Back then I couldn’t afford to eat out. Now - well I could afford to eat out of I don’t do something else, but I have yet to find a restaurant at less than $50/plate that isn’t a disappointment - I can good the same for less, it tastes better, and is healthier.
Start with a problem. What you trying to solve. Hosting music is different from backing up your computer. That is different from a home dashboard.
What makes you so sure? I mean, I would hope that future generations will have parks, but we don’t know what the future is going to be like. There may be some consideration that we couldn’t even conceive of that would make it not a good thing for them to have a park. Or maybe parks are considered good in future generations, but there’s a reason that that is a particularly bad spot to have a park.
there is nobody with a brain that you agree with 100%. Politics is about finding people who you agree with enough that you are willing to accept the differences.
That you don’t agree with someone does not make their views bad, they are just different.
It is a jerk move for sure and the voters should be mad about this. If you can’t keep your word without a contract that says a lot about your lack of honor.
I’m talking pure legality here though. The cities actions are legal and should be. They are however dishonorable and nobody should deal with the city again.
While in many ways it is a tragedy, the cure is often worse. I on balance oppose deed restrictions, either you own the land and pay taxes, or you give up all control. Deed restrictions just force future generations to live by your values and that is a bad thing.
My family has always liked working on things that are broke - what can go wrong, you were going to throw it anyway and sometimes you can fix it. If you can’t fix it a vacuum in parts fits in the trash better than it put together, and sometimes you get a working vacuum. (the implication here is you don’t put it together unless you think it will work)
The vast majority of blind people can see the sun. Blind really means that their vision is so bad that we cannot correct it to anything close to normal and not that they see anything at all. Each experience is different, but likely they can see enough that for purposes of your question they are not blind.

Look for professional music equipment. PA systems, for example. Many guitar amps as well, though guitar amps are sometimes very much guitar only, but other times they are reasonably good full-range speakers.
