Palestine@lemmy.ml•[Video] Car rams into Palestine demonstration in Switzerland
315·10 months agoI’m sorry but no car ramed into anyone. There’s a video from a wider angle. It is very clear the driver was not trying to hurt anyone. Was it right to break through the blockade - no. Was he trying to ram into people - also no.
Don’t dramatize this incident. Be better

Piracy: ꜱᴀɪʟ ᴛʜᴇ ʜɪɢʜ ꜱᴇᴀꜱ@lemmy.dbzer0.com•What public trackers do you always add to every torrent?English
4·1 year agoWhat is the point of adding other public tracker? Is it to cross seed? Or just higher probability to connect to a peer?
They put dirtlin and money comes out? This transition is a bit confusing to me

Also to consider are NUCs. I for one got a Firebat with N100 and 8 or 16 GB of RAM and it was already a few years ago cheaper than a RPi 4.
N100 CPU beats any SBC in every aspect except maybe power? Still very low consumption tho. This will leave you headroom for years of selfhosting, because once you get going, there is no coming back.
Nothing more valuable in privacy terms than keeping your photos off the cloud (immich), then data off the cloud (copyparty, nextcloud,…). It never stops and the n100 will support that no problem.
