omg lol thanks i didn’t get this miscommunication either 😭
oh shit i think you’re right :(
wasn’t me tho. free palestine from the river to the sea 🇵🇸
that’s a coarse way of putting it but sure
more precisely there’s millions of black people in the world and a good chunk of them aren’t african american. it’s just precise use of language to describe language.
it’s not 100% just very close to it. that’s what i mean when i say “dirt cheap while our groceries continue to rocket.”
the mindset of a child used to having things fixed where he can’t see them
didn’t claim to show quality. 👍
edit: it also doesn’t show “improvements in manufacturing” it’s literally a cost graph showing changes in cost, i used the graph to substantiate one half of my thesis that costs have gone down.
the other half of my evidence is that older TVs lasted 10-20 years compared to 5-10 years these days. this is both anecdotal and backed up by market data you can google yourself. 👍
thanks. 👍
no, not just CRTs, all televisions
TV costs are overcheap anyway. honestly they should be more expensive and built to last longer, but advertising and streaming based revenue streams as well as lack of consumer protection has made it normal to have dirt cheap TVs with abusively short life spans.

a TV costs like the same at 5-6 subway sandwiches these days anyway who the fuck cares
oh yeah, same. 👍 i too call biden a war criminal, along with all US presidents. she was correct.
she should have told the truth about saying it. and lying about it was a betrayal of her character as a journalist (along with other incidents).
if the customers are somehow also bearable honestly more power to you lol
precisely the second part, she couldn’t stand on business abt her based tweet because it was inconvenient to her, and so lied that it never happened. 🤥

again, * my opinion, i don’t believe there’s enough public evidence to convince 100% of ppl either way *
Lorenz is an ally, so her expression of motives is fine. but Lorenz’ “coverage” of the now ultra-influential trans harassment account Libs of TikTok, to me, pulled them out of relative obscurity into the mainstream.

by making her “reporting” of the story feel centered on herself rather than the protection of minorities, i genuinely feel more of our trans brothers and sisters have been put in harm’s way.
this is an opinion of mine made more pointed when you look at her other public controversies as a reporter. the details of her departure from the Washington Post aren’t fully public, but based on what is known, i personally read her overall track record as showing a pattern of poor judgment and lying when it’s convenient. Lorenz simply doesn’t, in my opinion, have the basic skills to treat the trans community with the respect and compassion her work requires.
* this is an opinion piece and i welcome others’ perspectives and research. you might even sway my opinion—this isn’t a conclusion I have particularly enjoyed coming to lol *

“cross platform” and then distributed binaries are whole major version numbers apart between windows and linux, and no mac distro,
undocumented source code dumped to github no build instructions provided
