Cockroaches. First it was larvae. I was scared of rice for months after that. But my whole apartment was unhealthy, I moved.

I had bed bugs, we had to throw bed and mattress away, wash all clothes again and again, use steam everywhere until we moved, what was planned anyway. We didn’t bring any bug with us but we use some pesticide on our furniture.

I dealt with food moths few times, but that’s easy. I just threw the food where the moths are –rice, tea, floor…–, deep clean the kitchen, put everything in the freezer for 48h minimum, then put all the food in glass jars. Now, I still put my floor and sugar in the freezer before storing it, and try to put all dry food in glass jars or metal boxes for tea and coffee.

When I have ants, I leave something sweet outside, on their path, so I don’t have to kill them. It works.

I don’t think feelings aren’t normal. I know how others act, but no how they feel, no how strong or not they feel, so who can say that I feel too strong? What does that mean anyway? I can do something about how I act but not about how I feel, and I fucking tried. I can be schizophrenic, borderline and whatever my psychiatrists want, my feelings feels perfectly normal in this society. Even if/when I need help. Maybe especially when I need help.

Pour que les gens sachent que c’est censé être utilisé sur de courtes durées, il faut que les médecins et psychiatres respectent les durées de prescription et les informent, surtout. Et que ce ne soit pas la première chose testée sur l’anxiété, parce qu’il y a des anxiolytiques qui ne sont pas des benzo et sont mieux tolérés, mais parfois moins efficaces.

Quant à aller chez le psy, si c’est un psychiatre, il risque fort de prescrire des benzo aussi.

I really enjoyed “The simple heist”, a comedy crime serie with two old ladies who decide to rob a bank. There is a fantastic car chase. It’s a Swedish serie. I only watched the fist season.

If you skip the first season, Spiral is a nice police serie. French one.

If that counts, I regret my nipples. I mean, it’s a graft of my own nipples, and I really dislike them. Plus, they hurt.

J’en vois de temps en temps le soir, j’ai même dû en aider un à remonter sur le trottoir, mais en général s’ils me voient ils courent avec leurs toutes petites pattes. Je leur laisse une gamelle d’eau basse qui, à mon avis, sert surtout aux chats du coin. Toujours des adultes seuls.

J’en ai 3 mais deux sont géographiques. Je ne pouvais pas louer de film parce que personne n’en proposait à la location, ni enregistrer de musique depuis la radio parce que les seules radios qu’on captait étaient pourries. Enfin pour ce dernier point, j’imagine que j’aurais pu, mais je n’ai jamais écouté la musique à la radio comme beaucoup de gens parce que les stations de base ne passaient pas. Par contre je n’ai jamais touché à une machine à écrire.

Are you a cis woman? I ask because you said you have a husband and you may want a kid. Italy is going against gay adoption, and I think it’s not easier if you’re a trans woman with a cis man, for example. You could try to have some information about abortion, because right to abort isn’t the same thing to access to this right. It’s not specific to Italy, and I think a lot of European countries are currently going the same way.

Edit: I mean, if you like the country, have family and really want to leave, I don’t think it’s a bad idea.

J’aimerais passer à Linux, sur un fixe, d’ici octobre. Il n’y a pas d’install party vers chez moi. J’ai des connaissances limitées en informatique. Mon utilisation, c’est jeux vidéo, glande sur le web et bureautique, et je cherche quelque chose qui me permette ça et qui soit assez grand public pour que je trouve des réponses pour quand j’ai un problème. Et que je puisse installer, du coup. Y a ça?

When I move with cats, I try to move cats before things. I take the cats, food, water, litter and some clothing with their smell on, let them explore the new place. Then I lock them in a room when I move my things. Like, cats in a room far from the entrance, things in a room far from the cats to reduce the noise. It’s not perfect but it’s so less stress than emptying the apartment with the cats in.

If you have only one cat, you can take a poop. Poop is home.
