These people in their minds still fully living in the 20th century. Korea war this, Vietnam war that.
Nato has definitely committed heinous crimes. No one should deny that. But Nato in 2025 is not an American propaganda tool anymore. It’s pretty much run by Europeans now.
Maybe they should take a look at, you know, current wars and conflicts around the world. But then they would have to acknowledge Russia’s and China’s imperialistic doings in the Global South.
Yep. Just for one recent example, I never get the logic of “USAID bad” but “Belt and Road initiative good.”
The US providing aid and infrastructure to Africa is a propaganda tool designed to spread Western influence and dependence, but the “All roads lead to China” plan is merely an altruistic economic uplift?
Not to mention just the cognitive dissonance where Russia is concerned, which is literally engaging in a war of imperialistic conquest but is excused because they were once the global heart of the people’s revolution.
