Ban justified. Don’t enourage violence, its not hard.
It was a joke about a dead prick that got shot. Who are you going to be violent to?
Tampering with a corpse is a second-degree felony in the US, the place where remarks regarding Ronald Reagan would be relevant. If this is how the citizens that create the law view physically defiling a corpse, it goes without reason that encouraging violence on a corpse would be low regarded as well. Additionally, incitement to violence is a criminal offense in many places.
Needless to say, it is very easy to not encourage violence. Just don’t do it.
