This is not accurate because the first panel is the opposite of what Keiko would say about Miles.
I think it’s something she would say to other people if she was trying to get something from them.
But I think Garak has higher standards.Garak is a Bashir-sexual and Keiko is not Bashir enough for him.
Garek always struck me as a try-sexual, as in he’ll try anything sexual.
