For finding and eliminating the “vermin” the orange shit stain keeps screaming about.

So, are all conservatives blood lusting, self centered, self absorbed ass holes?

Yes, and the ones that claim not to be are still voting for those who are. At that point it’s a distinction without a difference.

Elimination? He should be up on terrorism charges. Was he passing the info onto some sort of right-wong militia group?

It’s not about the details of care, but the general information on who is transgender and who was providing or was involved in the care.

With the purpose to “cause malicious harm” as the article says. Which means, they will harass and try to scare involved parties into hiding, leaving or stopping to provide care.

This Conservative activist already published the information to discredit the children’s hospital, create a scandal on how they are harming children with the goal that the hospital will stop providing care in fear of bad press.

Their goal is to scare every trans person back deep into the closet (or to leave) and to scare all possible care out of existence, even when legal.

The basic motive is HATE. Plain and simple. Hate of that what is different and the need to control the people around them to live by their beliefs and moral standards.

Thank for taking the time to lay that out for me. I am unable to comprehend the motives, but that at least starts to explain it. Unthinkable.

        Dude forgot his hippocratic oath.

Doctors tend to not take that oath any longer. Too much of what they do constitutes ‘doing harm’, seriously.

“Some say that the oath is irrelevant in modern medical practice because it does not address ethical issues that are relevant today.”

Editing to clear this up: I mean insurance companies stopping them from helping their patients and not giving them enough time to accurately diagnose their patients. Just to be clear I’m not talking about gender affirming care or abortion.

It was purely ideological. He claims to be a whistleblower, but he’s just a bigoted asshole that has no business working in medicine.

I still don’t get it though, how does having medical information do anything for his ‘ideology’? Dude committed a felony.

You clearly don’t. Reading the article before asking questions about the article might help.

It just says he passed it on to conversative activists, I still cannot begin to understand how this furthers a conservative agenda? The hospital wasn’t doing anything illegal and now he’s looking at a 10 year prison sentence. He committed a felony, threw away his entire career and he didn’t even ‘own the libs’.

Step 1. Right wing anti-trans doctor steals medical records proving the hospital was providing gender-affirming therapies for trans kids despite publicly saying they would stop doing so (Though it was still legal to do so in Texas at the time).

Step 2. Right wing anti-trans doctor gives stolen medical records proving the hospital was providing gender-affirming therapies for trans kids to anti-trans conservative activist.

Step 3. Anti-trans conservative activist uses right wing anti-trans doctor’s stolen medical records to cause malicious harm to the patients, their families, doctors, and the hospital.

How on earth are you struggling to understand that this furthers the conservative agenda?

Thanks, I guess it was the part where how this caused “malicious harm” given he didn’t reveal any sort of hidden scandal or illegal acitivty but the other user explained it’ll result in patients being afraid to access medical care which is beginning to make sense to me. I’m not based in the US, this is all so alien to me.
