Is this character a “generic attractive woman” or a celebrity that most readers in 1983 would have recognized?
It looks, to me, like Bobbi’s cousin Quiche Lorraine. It may just be the way Breathed draws his characters.
Looking at it more, the hair is different. I want to say the nose too… but her nose changes between the 1st and 4th panel. So I am going to go with “generic attractive woman”.
