He’s using his typical tactic of repeating that he won so often that people believe it is true.
Unfortunately for him, war doesn’t work like that.
IMO, the funny part is that they lost two C-130s, four helicopters, and an A-10 while rescuing the F-15 pilot.
Presumably all of this would’ve been avoidable with better planning. Such as, not attacking at all.
