I don’t, I just keep an unfinished list of unstarted/ half done tasks in my head with vague ideas of where the things I need probably were left when I last did those tasks.
It’s a carefree life until something important isn’t finished when it’s needed.

A paper notepad + pen. Writing things down makes it stick in your brain a bit more.
