Over a two-week period in May, Google says that a total of 2.5 million SMS messages were sent to Android users from the Outsider Enterprise infrastructure. Android users flagged 55,000 of them as fraudulent.
Very few have any belief that reporting this is useful. I’m a little surprised Google actually follows up on any of those.
I guess they do one occasionally, just to keep up the masquerade that they are doing something.
