Funnily enough, John Putsch played both Benzites on TNG (Mordock in Coming Of Age & Mendon in A Matter Of Honor). So, technically he did get a callback.
Since the prosthetics were already shaped to him, that makes sense.
There’s also an appearance in LD.

My head canon is that when at a station, the computer can project a bubble force field for officers with specific atmospheric conditions.

i’m reading the DS9 books right now and they introduce a Bolian officer and i was like “oh cool that’s new” and then she immiediately died

From what I can tell, the closest thing that Tellarites have to a main cast spot is Nus Braka , the recurring “Klingarite” (Klingon-Tellarite hybrid) main antagonist in Starfleet Academy, played by Paul Giamatti.
As was pointed out, I spaced on Jankom Pog from Prodigy.
Main cast, but still kindof a secondary character. I think he got 1 episode focus.

Andorians aren’t too taxing. Shran was slated to become a series regular in the proposed season 5.
