The actual average is around $150 per month, with the top 1% making $4,000 or more per month. And this is just raw income for any given model. It doesn’t include app fees, chatbots, moderators, editors, camera operators, co-stars, etc. So even the big names pulling tens of thousands each month aren’t actually making tens of thousands each month after they cover their overhead.
Like notice how it’s “her models.” They’re on a payroll and not actually raking in $2~7k each month by the time expenses are covered. It’s marketing by OF to make it seem like quick and easy money. Really, it’s just better than going through traditional porn studios who pay you $500 once for a scene, then sell it for $9.99 on VHS hundreds of thousands of times. But it’s still the same exploitive industry it always has been.

Drugs, prostitution, gambling, slavery, pollution, disease, mental/psychological decay, death, famine, greed, and war are the natural conclusions of capitalism.
Im all in favor of people having the right over their own body but there is something clearly wrong when sexual coercion is used to fund war. Its the sign of a deeply corrupted society and ik I sound a little bit like a reactionary but I dont think this will come with many positive benefits.
